Brain and writing tricks

I think my brain is playing tricks on me. I could have sworn I wrote several scenes yesterday. I can visualize them, I can remember myself writing them, I remember the details, but I can't find them anywhere. Was I dreaming that I wrote them?

Has anyone else had this happen before? At least I remember them well enough to write them again. But it is strange...
