I'm glad you liked the new scene. It was a challenge in many ways. It became easier towards the last half of the scene.
One thing I've always found in action-oriented shows was that when they have conversations between women, that is if they ever bother to have them have any at all, is that it seems really boring and just makes you want them to get to something more important. I don't know whether it's because the majority of writers are, or were, men and they just don't portray women very well or have much interest other than in caricatures of ones.
I tried to add interesting points for this conversation by inserting different elements of mystery, discovery and angst.
