OK, how would a person set themselves up, with a shop like that one, or get a book published, or get a PhD say without money? Do people simply apply and get granted property, publication, or education on merit? And how do the nastier jobs, like plumbing, sanitation, and rubbish removal get done if people aren't paid to do it?
