You should have more, esp if you're doing physical work. The so-called experts stuff us round with "eggs are bad" and "an egg a day is now okay" and all that crap but it's agreed that it's unhealthy to skip the first meal. It starts your metabolism going for the day. You could have some fruit and yoghurt; that's very good.
