It sounds wonderful, and yes, promoting female values would make quite a different society.

I noticed that basic communism worked very well in kibbutzim up to about 300 people, because everyone still had a say and could be heard. When they get much bigger than that they usually split into two due to arguments causing bitterness and division.

So till now, my ideal society was small units like kibbutzim where everyone was cared for, but each one operating as a capitalist unit selling and marketing their products. There's a factory in the UK (Knives, I think) which looks after their workers like that, forming a real community, and it works really well.

But your Tellar is paradise, and if it were me, I'd apply to stay.
